I feel both honoured and privileged to have been asked to write the foreword for this official Rotherham United quiz book, which I am sure, will give you many hours of enjoyment.
My relationship with the club started when I was 11 years old, training in the gym at Millmoor with dreams of becoming a professional footballer. Eight years later I signed my first professional contract, but I could not have imagined that I would go on to become the club’s all time record appearance maker.
The reception I received on the day I broke the record will stay with me for the rest of my life and made it an extremely special occasion. The record will take some beating because of how football is today and I hope to hold it for quite a few years as it is an achievement I am extremely proud of.
The club have provided me with many more special memories including winning at Wembley, playing in the Championship and granting me a testimonial which I will be forever grateful.
Both on and off the pitch I have made some very good friends and met some wonderful people. My affection with the club has grown stronger and stronger over the years and it will always have a special place in my heart.
This book is a must for all Millers followers, young and old, and will test even the most diehard fans. Whether travelling to an away game or spending a night at home with friends or family, it will provide you with hours of fun. I am certain some of the Mf ... questions will leave you scratching your head but most of all they will have you recalling some great times while following Rotherham United.
All it remains for me to say is a big thank you to all the fans that have supported me in my career, keep up your loyal support of the club and happy reading.

This book is basically what it says on the tin! It's a quiz book about Rotherham United - a club that has had it's problems of late. This book has good content which, as far as I am aware, is accurate and has questions ranging from the 1950's to present day. It's a book that you can pick up and put down at random as well as being informative and interesting. It's a must for any Rotherham United fan!
